but i'm stuck at work and can't act on any of them. so i'm jotting down a few things that just HAVE to be included in my creative room once we get some sheetrock and other essentials in there first.
which also begs the question:
"what the heck should i call this room?!"
i plan to do the following in this room:
Scrap. Paint. Sew. Knit. {Hopefully} Crochet. Make cards. Make fabric flowers and felted items. Relax and watch girly shows like Gilmore Girls and sip homemade hot chocolate. Edit photos. Hang out with my girl friends. Other crafty projects as I am so inclined.
but the name has to be short and catchy. something i'd actually refer to the room by.
sigh. another project for another day.
in the meantime, i started a list of criteria that simply must be a part of my crafty world (name TBD):

I call mine my "craft cave," inspired by the beer drinking, sports watching areas that are considered "man caves."
Plus, it's in the basement, so cave works.
Dan's Aunt Nancy suggested that too- with an alternate spelling of Kraft Kave.
Definitely a good one to consider! :) :)
I think I'm hesitant to start calling it something until I'm in there because I think it will come to me... but I'm loving the idea. Bring 'em on!!
